A Kosher Getaway in Tulum, Mexico by Chef Amir Sol

This past week, I had the honor of curating a premium kosher dining experience for a wonderful Jewish family from Canada visiting Tulum, Mexico. Over the course of three unforgettable days, they enjoyed the beauty of the Caribbean while indulging in gourmet, fully kosher cuisine.

Each morning began with lavish breakfasts, crafted to perfection, setting the tone for their adventures. Evenings were filled with sizzling barbecue nights and elegant dinners, featuring high-quality ingredients and exquisite flavors—all strictly kosher.
